Our annual Prayer Day Service will be a special night of worship, praying through the ACTS model (Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving & Supplication) with Scripture & Song.

BRIDGES OUT OF POVERTY WORKSHOP: If you didn’t grow up in poverty, you may be unaware of the “hidden rules” that govern many aspects of life for the poor. People living in poverty are often in survival mode and support systems taken for granted in the middle class and wealth, are largely non-existent. This one day workshop will challenge your preconceptions and broaden your perspective on those living in poverty. If we want to be the hands, feet and voice of Jesus, within our community, wouldn’t it be beneficial to have a deeper understanding of their challenges – and strengths, to understand more of the people we want to reach out to. Come and worship together on Christmas Day at 10 a.m., as we celebrate the arrival of our Saviour!

Come and join us for Choir, special music, readings, congregational participation, and then some treats with hot apple cider afterwards.

We are pleased to host a town-wide food drive on August 5, 2015. In summer the shelves are empty, so the needs are great. We will meet at the Salvation Army at 5:45 p.m. If you can help, drop us a line at bethel@dunnvillecrc.ca or show up at the Salvation Army.
